  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3 business days, and you can expect your order within 2-5 weeks.

  1. What if my order is taking longer than expected?

When shipping orders worldwide, occasionally things can take a little longer than anticipated. Items are made to order, and with the quantity of orders sometimes our manufacturer may be running a little behind. Try to be patient, we know you are just as excited as we are for you to get your new products!! (Don’t forget to send us pics!)

Once packages have been delivered to the shipping address you provided, or to your local post office the item(s) will be considered in your possession and we will not be held responsible for lost items after this point.

    1. What is your refund policy?

    Returns & Exchanges

    Our refund policy lasts 15 days from the time you receive your order, for items bought at full price.  We do not offer refunds on discounted items.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We are more than happy to work with you to get you the right item! Should your items not fit, be defective, or arrive not as ordered, contact us and we will take care of you! Send us an email (thewanderslustprotocol@gmail.com) and we will give you further instructions.

    To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    Any item not in its original condition (worn or damaged for reasons not due to our error) are not refundable.
    Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery is not refundable.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded along with items bought using a discount code.

    Shipping
    To return your product, please contact us by email (thewanderslustprotocol@gmail.com) or further instructions and mailing address.
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


    1. What is sizing like for The Wanderlust Protocol?

    Sizing is very subjective and also varies between products, however our clothing generally fits to size. If you are concerned, we recommend messaging our main Instagram page (@tthewanderlustprotocol) or emailing us (thewanderlustprotocol@gmail.com) so we can have our head designer answer your questions!
